Quote for Today

"Find tongues in trees, books in the running brooks, sermons in stones, and good in everything." - William Shakespeare (b. April 23, 1564)

If there were magic in this world, I would brew a spell which would bring William Shakespeare back to us. I can only imagine the words that he would write with the knowledge of our time. Of course, inspiration would abound and perfection would be accomplished, as is his way. It is a difficult task to find good in everything, but finding a great good in his words is a very easy thing to do.

  1. I love this quote! For a short period after I read a good book, I look at things differently; I look at things in a way that a writer might. This quote reminded me of that.
